We deal with commercial disputes concerning claims in contract and delict, securities litigation and banking law, mining and mineral rights, company law including shareholder disputes, acquisitions and take-overs and claims relating to the fiduciary obligations and liability of corporate office bearers, competition (anti-trust) law, restraint of trade issues, intellectual property disputes with an emphasis on unlawful competition and information technology related issues, product liability claims, commercial fraud and insurance litigation and we assist clients generally with disputes pertaining to all aspects of commercial contracts. |

We represent and advise clients, on all aspects of insolvency related litigation including the institution of insolvency proceedings, the recovery of assets, claims and securities, impeachable transactions, insolvency inquiries and all proceedings flowing therefrom. |

We advise on all aspects of environmental law, including waste management and pollution control, rehabilitation of work areas, water rights and contamination. We also conduct environmental legal compliance audits and represent clients in administrative and litigation proceedings relation to industrial, retail, residential and commercial developments. |
